This fur coat was a family heirloom from Joan Vliem’s family, of Joan & Co. It had been sitting in a box not being used, so she decided that perhaps she could bring it in to Miller Bridal and see what could be done with it. Dawn Tarr, one of our many talented and experienced seamstresses, turned this family heirloom into a purse that is both stylish and practical and can still be passed down from generation to generation.

It does not even look like it came from the same coat! Dawn has worked her magic again! This vest is elegant and tasteful! Dawn also finish the back of the vest with a metallic copper leather material that finishes the vest off superbly!
Custom Sewing
Wedding gowns have been made out of red velvet or Italian silk. Camouflage fabric was used for a complete wedding party. Grandmother’s wedding gown has been used to make Christening gowns. Mother’s & Grandmother’s wedding dress has been re-sized to fit daughter or granddaughter. Custom veils have been made using vintage lace.
